When do I need to order by?

All orders must be placed by the end of the third quarter.

Can my item be delivered to my seat?

There is no longer an in-seat delivery option for Item of the Game purchases. All purchases will need to be picked up in the Madhouse Team Store.

Where can I pick up my items?

All items will be available for pickup in the Madhouse Team Store through an express pickup lane by checkout.

Where is the Madhouse Team Store located?

The Madhouse Team Store is located in the United Center’s East Atrium.

What if I don't pick up my item?

The Madhouse Team Store is open 30 minutes after the game concludes. If an item is not picked up by the end of the night, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

If your item doesn't fit, you can exchange or return it to the Madhouse Team Store for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Can I cancel my order in the App?

No, but you can return it to the Madhouse Team Store for a full refund within 30 days.
