Refund policy

Chicago Bulls gladly accepts returns at the Madhouse Team Store for purchases made on the app within the last 30 days. 

For an item to be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and have the tags on. If an item is worn, washed, or damaged, we may not be able to process your return.  

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once the return has been processed on our end, it could take 3-7 business days before you see the refund reflected on your credit card.
